Looks pretty solid, however your build doesnt need anywhere close to 600W. I'd swap that rosewill for a quality PSU thats around 500W. Corsair, Silverstone or Antec are all very solid PSU manufacturers.

Even if I plan on SLI down or the road or if I change out the video card and do Crossfire?

Keep the 600W. If nothing else than for future insurance. But if you wanted to SLI those you may actually need a little more

He's buying a single 560Ti. A good 600w PSU will suffice just fine (even for SLI), such as the Rosewill Green 630 I linked.
