I'm pretty confident you will be ok even with OC's. If you are worried about your limits just give furmark a miss, it's not like its that great a stress test anyway.

In my opinion the HX650 is one of the best 650w you can get to this day, while it may not be as efficient as some, at 650w it makes a negligible difference. It also has a high 52A 12v Rail and comes with 7 year warranty, better than any other 650w that I am aware of.
