Need value 1155 motherboard

Thread Starter
I'm going to build a 2500k system next month, but I'm having trouble deciding on the mb. I like value for money, so here's some boards I've found in my pricerange locally:

- Gigabyte GA-Z68P-DS3
- ASRock Z68 Pro3
- MSI P67A-C45

I want a decent overclock (4.4-4.8 GHz). But they all seem pretty similar in terms of features and software. Which one of these would you recommend?

With value for money you are bang on the right lines, I'm might be going to be building a budget PC in the month or so, I will be using Asus P8H61-M PRO mATX. Its only £60 and I love Asus.

Whats the budget and what are you wanting to get out of it app-art from the OC.

Only the Gigabyte GA-Z68P-DS3 is SLI / Xfire compatible so i'm guessing your not bothering and just having the single strong card.

Your also getting the new SSD caching feature on the Z's, Maybe a useless feature if you are never planning on SSDs.

Yeah, SLI doesn't really matter to me. I don't game all that much (evident by the 9600GT in my current PC ). Basically I just want an overall fast PC, which will be used for everyday stuff and 3D rendering + some (light) gaming.

I'd like some OC headroom though and good software/support I guess. I don't live in the US so I don't know what these boards cost in USD. But my budget is around what these three boards cost.

EDIT: Wait, you're in the UK. So I guess my budget is £80-100.

EDIT2: The more I think about it, the more I like the AsRock. It's Z68, it has nice software and it looks pretty cool.

the Z68 also overclocks while the H67/H61 chipset boards do not.
