If I were you, I'd take the fan out and cut it out; it'll give you better airflow!
Definitely good to start somewhere!

lol worthy material? But seriously does this improve temps much because looks like theres loads of clutter free space in your case now

It is an interesting approach
When I put the hand in the back of the noctua I can't feel airflow at all... it's very strange... But if I don't feel anything, it means it doesn't need that new hole in my case

My room temp is 30~34C, no improvement in temps

Well, I'm not sure. I followed Noctua's manual, and it seems the fans are working properly (and no, they're NOT on low, I haven't conected the ULMA connectors), so no idea.
