Did you go back to 47x with an Offset Voltage of +0.010V instead of +0.005V?

Also, disable Internal PLL Overvoltage. Here is what JJ at ASUS has to say about it (who is the Senior Technical Marketing Specialist):

You and I both have "D2/Retail Parts".

If you disable Internal PLL Overvoltage, then I think the first thing you might notice is a shorter POST time.
