I was just thinking maybe my comment about HD was a bit of a d**k one, shouldnt be any problem.

Vsync,i dont remeber that in minecraft and it didnt sync to my monitors Hz even when forced with Nvidia control panel,it just into went crazy 100,s FPS.

You can enable some FPS limit within the game settings though, try that and see?

Try messing around with the games Performance button under options/video settings,it has power saver/ballanced/max FPS.

Already tried messing around with all settings. When I dedicate 2gb of ram to java, have no mods or texture packs installed (leave alone use them) and turn all settings to lowest (render distance can be small not tiny) the game is semi-playable, but it still lags quite a bit.

I found the mistake (This is kind of embarassing. I could've found it myself :/) Well someone on the forum gave me this hint its 3 pages of forum and the person knows who it is. Ill give you a rep later
So, I had my CCC set to override all aplication settings which pretty much everything where it can override them, and now I set it to use application settings and I can play MC in full graphics without any lag.
Thanks for everyones help
If someone is an admin here, you can close the thread if its possible haha

*EDIT*
The game runs with best settings and HD Texture Pack at about 60FPS. Sometimes it goes up to 69FPS
