Getting a weird BSOD

Thread Starter
So I'm trying to get my 990x stable at 4.6 ghz. It has a 200x23 and vcore at 1.52. Its under water and the temps are looking good. So when I ran prime it crashed with a code of 0x0000007f and when trying to run IBT or LinX it stops with errors. Thanks for the help.

0x0000007f is ram problems, Is the ram stable?

Or its a problem with the mobo being unstable, being a G1 assassin I don't think that's the problem

its running at profile 1 with 2000mhz at 1.65v. When it was at 4.2 (200x21) it was completely stable with prime 24hr and mutiple runs of IBT and LinX.

7F is usually memory. Are you passing memtest with your current RAM clocks and timings?

If its not RAM directly it may be Uncore/IMC, try to change your Uncore multiplier and test again. May want to raise VTT/QPI voltage, just keep an eye on temps.
