Video Editing Build

Ok so I posted a build very similar to this a few days ago, but need some new advice. I'm going to be using this system for some light video editing (nothing major, I use Adobe Premiere Elements 9), daily computing, and some light gaming (GRID, Dirt 3, Need for Speed). I put together my build on NewEgg, but that's not where I'll be getting everything from, so keep in mind I will be paying $345 for the current items, not the $445 that NewEgg says. Anyways, my question is what would be a good video card to pair with this build? At first I had picked out a GTX 460 but I feel like that may be a bit overkill because I don't need to be maxing out the settings on any games I play. I have around $130-140 to work with. Would I be better off going with a slightly lower end video card and investing the rest of the money in other components?

Also, keep in mind that I'm getting the motherboard/CPU from MicroCenter in a bundle, so if you have a CPU/mobo recommendation, can you select it from here

CPU/mobo is fine, my recommendation for case/etc goes to:

- $36 shipped [Amazon]
Rosewill Green 530W - $50 shipped (great unit, recommended by PSU experts here)
Buy the F3 1TB HERE for $10 less
Buy this kit of RAM for $5 less for same performance

As far as the case goes, I was looking at the Gamma and the V3 and decided I liked the V3 a little better and plus I can get the V3 for $40 shipped. Just out of curiosity, is there any reason you recommend the Gamma over the V3 besides price? As for the memory, I can get the Hyper X set for $67 shipped so stick with that or go with the Rip Jaws? And I can get that Corsair PSU for $40 after MIR. Is the Rosewill worth the extra $15 (I have to pay tax as well)? Also, any recommendations as for the graphics card?
