Hi, I'm looking for an AM3 mobo to suit my needs!

I have just bought this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...ht_1046wt_1185

and this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...#ht_967wt_1185

and am looking for a Motherboard to suit them. I'm wanting the motherboard to be able to overclock the Athlon, but also able to fit a quad or hex and overclock those stably. Maybe something that could unlock the Phenom II x2 555. I'm not entirely sure I want to overclock though.

I'm also looking for 4 ram slots as opposed to 2, but I'll settle for 2 if needed.

I was looking at this motherboard:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

which seemed like an amazing deal after looking it up. One of these boards got snatched from under me, so I'm eyeing this one. I'm not worried about the bent pins. But I don't really know anything about motherboards or how outdated this one is. I was also looking at this one:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

and this one:

You can kind of tell what my price range is. I could save up for a better board, but I need one soon to test parts. I'm not sure if I want to stick with the Athlon or sell it asap and go with another CPU I'm buying (x2 555 or x4 965). I'm planning to not only build a pc for myself, but buy and sell around a bit on Ebay. Just seeing where this takes me. Sorry if this comes off a bit sloppy or confusing, but I'm pretty tired.

Thanks for the help, guys!

Get the first motherboard - It looks great. Although, keep in mind that it's a 7xx series chipset, so getting the NB Frequency up there is going to be hard. But, if you don't plan on OC'ing, then grab it without a doubt.

Thank you!

I was pretty satisfied with that answer, but then the more I stare at 'em, the more I wonder. I went to their official pages.

What makes:

http://www.gigabyte.com/products/pro...px?pid=3156#ov

so much better than:

http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=M3A770DE

The latter is beginning to seem like a good deal!

Edit: Oops, meant to have a Biostar as one of those links in the first post. It had a 3+1 power phase.
