I have a Radeon HD 5770 as my primary card, i want to use my GT 220 as a physx card, how would i do this? Do i just install the Nvidia drivers, aswell?

huh, this didn't see to get me my answer

I tried this and PhysX was still not working, Can i actually do this with a GT 220?

Short answer yes
Long answer - kinda.

Need more power captain! But it all comes down to damn drivers and some other things. Don't really know what to do though sadly. Physx likes something with about the power of GTX 260. Anything after that it kind stops scaling.

Damn! Oh well, im pretty sure i can live without PhysX, i kept trying to run fur mark by the GT 220 would stay the same whilst the 5770 did all the work. Thanks anyway!

GT220 isn't really powerful enough for dedicated PhysX anyway. I wouldn't go with anything less than a gts250/9800gtx.
