I suggest a tuniq tower 120.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-001-_-Product

Maybe older, but nothing can match it for the price.

edit: If you want a blue led fan for the cooler, get this

I have the Coolermaster v8 in a centurion 5 case and its snug and Im fairly certain its a bit wider than the elite 430. You also have a top mount powersupply correct? The leds are red though I remember you saying something about blue? And to the post above the v6 is slightly better for strictly cooling, its quite a bit noisier though. To the op I would look at the coolermaster hyper 212+ or a thermaltake frio, both are excellent.

+1 on the tuniq as well

You can get $10 off if you are a new customer.

Looks like Tiger Direct has better prices and better assortment than the egg right now for cpu coolers.

I agree with the Noctua Nh-U12p SE2.
Got one, my 965 runs Ã* 4,1GHZ, around 36°C in room with ambient temp at 25°C.
Under stress test load, temps hit the 52°C. Running the fans at max speed, in a CM SNIPER case, with stock Vcore.

Beside, it more than what you want to invest in
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835608014

Maybe you could think about the sso bearing and fan design

Others things : i got my memory sticks in slots 1 & 3, the cooler got enough room.
You can also ask the noctua support to send you the kit which lets you fit the cooler at horizontal (free shipping, you only have to provide a screen of your purchase bill or the cooler fitted in your rig)
