Conveniently being able to switch to and from integrated GPU?

Thread Starter
So here's the deal...whenever I play games (pretty much all Source based games and many others), I get these weird texture artifacts on a bunch of the models (it looks like the model is being pinched + stretched), so I want to be able to switch to integrated graphics when I want to play a game and back to my 4870hd when I want to do other things. It seems like it only works on some games, which is why I'm looking for a way to easily/quickly switch between my 4870hd and the onboard graphics. Anything?

Also, if anybody else has had a problem like this/knows what I'm talking about, help there would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I don't think there's any other way except switching from inside the bios

First of all it would help if you filled out your computer specs so that we know briefly what we are working with. And as posted above ^ I also do not think that you are able to switch any other way then through the bios.
As for using your on-board graphics for games?? You want to use your HD 4870.

It's true that we should know what are the specs of your computer so we can easily know what should we or you do, those settings may be set through the bios and no other ways that you can do.
