Thread Starter
To all the Computer Wiz/Enthusiats/Technicians out there:

Im just wondrin, Voltage Values of my computer voltage rails are on the following values,

CPU Core @ 1.09 V
Aux @ 3.71 V
+3.3V @ 3.38 V
+5V @ 5.67 V
+ 12V @ 9.00 V
-5V @ -1.28 V
+5V Standby @ 5.19 V
VBAT Battery @ 1.20 V

Are these values within normal range? Or overlapping the recommended voltage ratings of such components? Thanks

The 12V line should be 11.65 or higher. It's only reading as 9V. Better get a replacement power supply ASAP if that's an accurate measurement.

softawre is the most inaccurate way to measure your power supplies voltage, it is almost always wrong.

Your system wouldn't run if your PSu was at 9v, don't worry. Either get a multimeter to read the voltage with that, or just don't worry.

Multimeter would be a good idea yes.
