So here is the question: Is there an online backup storage solution that can handle extremely fast upload speeds? I've got about 200-300 GB of photos, personal shots & Family archive, I want to store online so I can limit the amount of risk cause from the standard issues, e.g. fire, mechanical failure, flood. Now here is the trick, for about four days I am going have access to a gigabit internet connection at a local convention I help run. Normally the download is pretty congested, but most people don't upload that much. At the previous event we didn't find out that they upgraded they system until we started our normal testing of the network expecting the normal 100Mbps line, 80-90down and 80+ up, we were a little surprise and happy to find out our we were limited by our firewall hardware as such we tested at 380Mbps down and 340Mbps up with actual usage maxed out 300Mbps down and 30Mbps up during the event. So we replace the firewall hardware for this event and I am hoping to take advantage of the gigabit line. Even if I base my possible upload speed on the previous event hardware I should easily be able to hit a hypothetical 200Mbps upload with no problem which means I can easily upload at 90 GB/hour and be done in 3-4 hours. So I am hoping that someone knows of an online storage option that can take advantage of this massive speed and maintain at least 20Mbps upload speed which would crank it out in a day and half versus months that it would take me at home. I am trying to keep the cost to about $100 a year.
Thanks in advance
