I was considering getting one the OCZ IBIS 240GB for my main drive on my new buld. I've looked at the feedback on newegg.com and see mixed reviews, most seem to stem from the controller card not working properly.

Can anyone shed any light on these drives? Have they worked the kinks out yet? I'm going to be running an ASUS Rampage III Black Edition mother board...

I am considering a Vertex 3 240GB instead if the IBIS ends up being a pain in the ass... The Vertex appears to give good results as well with less headaches.

Thanks for any help. If you can provide any other ideas, I'm open to them. I can also run a RAID 0 configuration if that could provide even better results.
