750W of average joe PSU no. 750W of seasonic and reputable brands would work. I know the X-850 seasonic would be better head room for OCing, but that's out of budget it sounds at over 200 dollars.

most of rosewill's units are fine minus a few line ups and their old stuff.. but I can't say which ones are the bad line ups because I don't keep up with rosewill.. the nzxt hal90 I linked you do is an amazing psu and it imo beats the seasonic x-850 and the xfx line up.

The XFX is a seasonic oemed unit. it does everything in spec easily.
