The X-750? It's a great power supply but it comes with an equally great price. If you can afford it then you will be quite happy.

Would seriously go Antec Truepower New 650W, maybe 750W if you plan on future SLI, but not if you're just going to upgrade cards. Price is great on these, at least in the UK.

I'd stick to single rail unit for a single card.

The NZXT is a superflower Golden Green unit which has proven to be a great performing reliable unit. The Kingwin lazer golds are on the exact same platform too. Multi-rail vs single rail really doesn't matter.

Woah jsut saw the price difference... ok now i found my psu... now i need you help guys on letting me know.. is the extra 100w worth the $50 or should i jsut spend the 160 on a seasonic 750...

No the extra is not worth it since you won't be using it... 750 watt will work fine with plenty of room to overclock.
