Sli would gain more speed but would not get DX11.DX11 is not a needed thing right now.Problem you will find is you will need another 260 core 192 to sli with.There are not as many of those in the forsale section.Shop around for a 260 core 192 and sli them.I have run 260's in sli and tri-sli and have owned a 480.The 260's just were fast.
