Computer is not turning on HELP!

Thread Starter
About an hour ago I unplugged my computer from my setup to install my new Aerocool infinite panel that I got from Xox. After dinking with the cable management in my cramped Dimension 2400 build case I finally got it back in place, reinserted my graphics card and plugged her back in.

No response. So I checked all of my external connections, they were good. Then I unplugged all of my new panels connections, still nothing. Then I unplugged my motherboard power, CPU power, and removed my graphics card, and replaced everything. NOTHING.

Any suggestions guys? I see the CPU fan twitch a little bit after I push the power button. But then, nothing.

Is the motherboard power indicator lit up? If not, recheck your connections

Ok here is a pic, I know that the power button header is good because the fan twitches when I try to turn it on. Other than that, all of the mobo connections seem good. Along with the graphics and HDD power. Hmmm.

hmm. no. the only indication that mine worked was the green mobo light. nothing twitched when i powered on. *thinks*

Yah. I was kinda depressed when there was no light on my board.

it looks like a pain, but double check the fp connectors

to check the psu, unplug the 24pn and 4/8 pin mobo connectors, and jumper the green wire to black to see if the fans and drives turn on

Sounds like a faulty PSU to me. I would carry out psu test as ffejrxx has suggested. There is a more detailed expalnation here.
