with regard to timings, 5-5-5-18 and 5-6-6-15 are both better than 5-7-7-18. will your ram run at 496.5mhz at 5-5-5-18?

I would try to keep the memory clock lower,
also keep in mind that above FSB333 your MB will overclock the PCIE clock to, it can affect stability to...

Nope, I will leave him at 5-6-6-15 @ 3.8, is that ok? I really think mb cant do it anymore. Is FSBRAM 2:3 ok? I really think this is max from this board

yup thats probably fine. if this is a 24/7 overclock, you should stress test it by using prime95 or intel burn test.
