Please help me Asus P8P67 Deluxe and i7 2600k related

Hi all!

First my computers specs are:

Asus P8P67 Deluxe B3 Rev3.0
Intel i7 2600k
G.Skill Ripjaws F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL (4Gx2)
Radeon HD 6870

My problem is, that every time that I boot my computer, no matter the settings in the BIOS, I always get a "Overclocking failed! Please enter and Setup to re-configure your system. Press F1 to run setup". After this screen, all I do is click on my hard drive and my computer will boot normally.

No matter what setting I have in the bios this always happens, I was even able to overclock my computer to 4.0 with no problems under a stress test... Any ideas on what to do?

Usually what I did was, under settings in my BIOS, I disabled this screen and it will boot directly into the OS, but I can still see this screen for 2 seconds and its starting to worry me about what it actually is...

I manually imputed all the Ram settings into the BIOS and also did a memtest and it turned out with no errors..

Finnaly, each time I boot my computer I have to press the ON button at least 2 times, since it usually turns off automatically after 3 seconds after pressing it for the first time..

Hopefully someone can help me, sorry for my bad english and I will attach a picture of the error I get.

Thanks,

Jm!

Tried to to put everything to default value in the bios?
Also unplugging & plugging power cable can help with situations like these sometimes.

Sounds like a RAM issue.

Have you updated to the most current bios for the board?

The default bios that comes I believe it 1502 but there are occasionally compatibility issues with some G.Skill kits. Try moving the RAM to the other two slots first. Assuming that fails, try the most current bios.

I had the deluxe for awhile and recall having some startup issues until I updated the bios.

Did you try both the blue and black ram slots? My Asus WS would not boot with the RAM in the blue slots but works fine in the black
