the UK has R18+ ratings as well except you can't buy them in normal stores and that rating isn't used on games only films and the rating logo is blue thats why the films rated R18+ are called blue movies if you dont know what they are then you should have a look on the internet.

Why was it when there actually was a high chance of it going through one state decided to bring it to a halt? Actually, why are all the states needed to make such a change in the first place?

It just crapps me off because I see the pre order of GOW3 with the rating of R18+ stamped on it and hear all the stories that it was supposed to be implemented this month, now this. If any government official actually know that a computer is and manages to stumble across this post (improbable but not impossible) here is a message for you.

You are a bunch of incompetent morons, first you are in then you are out then in again then out. You are undoubtedly worse than Anne Heche. Instead of a unanimous decision how about a majority one.

Don't worry, it won't be long before the rest of the world follows AU's lead. To the governments worldwide, we are to stupid & incompetent to make our own decisions. Whilst that may be true of many, these generalized laws make no exceptions. To me, being treated as a child incapable of making our own decisions as an adult, is insulting. As it should be to everyone, because no matter where you go...we are all treated the same by our "leaders".

I think it's time that the people of the world wake up.

I hate Australia's retarded censorship, if we have R18+ for movies, why not games. This is pathetic.

Leaving the politics out...

You gotta love..... when the majority wants something and can't get it because the minority doesn't want to play along.
All these small menial issues should simply just be voted on by the population online while the bigger issues get debated to death by the do-nothings...
Some of us would like to get on with our lives instead of waiting years for non issues to be sorted.
Least you can still get them and probably cheaper to import yourself anyway.
