That's what I want to know as well, if the Macbook Air uses Intel HD graphics, I'd much rather buy the 2010 model with discrete graphics instead.

Nothing official I'm afraid, but I'm pretty sure both the Mac Mini and MacBook Air will have an IGP. There's just not enough space. Perhaps the Mac Mini will get a little larger, and/or they'll remove the optical drive and/or replace the hard drive with one of those flash SSDs in the MacBook Air and use the extra space to fit a dedicated GPU, but I don't think it's possible considering the heat.

The C2D in the Mac Mini is only 25w and the GeForce 320m only about ~12w. The dual-core Sandy Bridge CPUs w/ an IGP are 35w.

Exciting though, not too long to go.

It's not exactly discrete.

Intel HD3000 is faster than the Geforce 320M used in previous Macbook airs.

People need to do their research before spewing off nonsense.

You need to count the North Bridge TDP also for C2Ds. Anyway Intel HD3000 is superior compared to the Geforce 320M.

From the benchmarks I've seen, the HD3000 has an unstable frame rate and even at its best, it only scores a bit better than the 320M in OS X in some cases, and it scores lower in Windows in almost all cases. Here's an article from Anandtech.

How high would the TDP for the NB be?
