Actually, you need to do your research. You should read the comments in that link you provided. The 320m performs better in things that count. Such as, video games.

Nothing official I'm afraid, but I'm pretty sure both the Mac Mini and MacBook Air will have an IGP. There's just not enough space. Perhaps the Mac Mini will get a little larger, and/or they'll remove the optical drive and/or replace the hard drive with one of those flash SSDs in the MacBook Air and use the extra space to fit a dedicated GPU, but I don't think it's possible considering the heat.
The C2D in the Mac Mini is only 25w and the GeForce 320m only about ~12w. The dual-core Sandy Bridge CPUs w/ an IGP are 35w.
Exciting though, not too long to go.
What's to stop them from sticking something a little more recent in? (i.e. HD6000m/GT500m series)
