NZXT Source 210: $40 + shipping
http://www.nzxt.com/new/products/cla...ies/source_210
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...source&x=0&y=0

it's similar to the Shinobi. I myself ordered a Shinobi, but I haven't received it yet due to difficulties with their customer service. If I could choose again, I would probably pick the Source because it's way cheaper than the Shinobi and has almost the exact same features. IMO, the only reasons to take the Shinobi over the Source is if you think it looks better or you like the mesh strips.

Or you could wait for the Source 210 Elite (dunno if it's available atm). I think the only difference from the regular Source 210 is that it will have an updated front i/o panel.

Whatever you choose, just make sure to get something with good cable management and preferably a cut-out to easily remove CPU coolers and you should be fine.

Actually, one more question. Not definitely buying a BitFenix but I'm wondering, is buying the Shinobi good or should I pony up enough to get the Colossus? Considering the case is fairly unpopular and doesn't appear on many sites, it seems like it would be hard to get a deal.

Take a look at these cases also
Corsair 650D
Corsair 600t SE
They also have a graphite version of the 600t.

I'm also interested in buying this case

You should get a reply by asking in the Bitfenix owners thread.
