Then lets add the fact that I've called about 15x this afternoon and yet to get anyone to answer the phone doesnt really add to the customer satisfaction.
I had a warranty claim denied by ASUS a week ago for some BS reason. I had to call them close to 100 times to get a half satisfactory answer. It wasn't till the 95th call or so where the guy on the phone (his name is Moises) actually thought of transferring me to a higher level tech support (all the other calls were either transferred and then disconnected or was told to call back in 9 hours). When he transferred me, no one picked up and eventually I got disconnected. So I call a few more times and I get Moises again. He was a bit upset so he said he would get his manager immediately. 55 minutes later, he finally gets his manager who tells him to tell me that I'll get an email response within 72 hours. 5 business days later, they shipped my motherboard back to me without telling me beforehand. By far the worst customer service ever (by a far margin) and will deter me from any ASUS product until they fix their CS.
