Looks good to me for the most part. 16GB of memory seems to be overkill for most things but not sure what you have in mind for this computer.

Not sure if the PSU you listed is in the same family as the one I found when I searched OCN (ULTRA X2 750W Extreme Edition) but it did not do well in its tests. Someone on OCN posted the below link.

http://www.hardocp.com/article/2008/...power_supply/9

No idea how much the ULTRA unit costs but I would go for something known for its reliability like a solid 500-600W (even this is probably overkill) Corsair, Seasonic, or Antec PSU.

Have you already purchased the ULTRA PSU? I would personally be a little hesitant about trusting my brand new pc hardware to it. Looks are great, but please don't base your PSU (arguably the most important component) around looks.

16GB is definitely overkill for what you want to do, save your money and get better quality stuff.

SSD doesn't seem like it's worth the money for such a basic build. I'd suggest asking in the AMD/Intel general section for a "budget build recommendation."

In your case buying a ssd would just be wasting your money just like 16 gigs of ram. Also the mobo that you have picked has built in lan card so why would you spend 100 bucks on that. Its your money but I don't think its well spent, sorry...

You don't need 16gb of RAM unless you're doing photo editing, video editing, etc. Take the money you save on RAM and invest in a dedicated GPU.
