You just install the most recent release from Nvidia's site, and enable SLI under your SLI/PhysX tab. That's it

Does it matter which sli bridge you use?

I put 2 cards into 2 PCIe slot close to cpu, anyone has idea why this message appear?

The motherboad on this build is Fatal1ty P67 Professional... I don't know why this mobo doesn't have any PCIe or chipset drivers

Nvidia drivers now give that message whenever your primary card is running at x8 or lower. Nothing to be concerned about, though.

That is not an error. Do not worry.

As you are using the two upper PCIEx16 slots for the two graphics cards, they run at x8/x8 due to limitation of the Intel chipset. Optimal performance calls for x16/x16. But, the performance difference between them is a few % only.
If you are a serious benchmarker, you will lose some points.
If you are a gamer, you would not feel it at all.

As you are a first time SLIer, let me give you one tip:-
I see that you have set the Physx dedicated to GPU1. This is the Auto.
Instead, I suggest you to set it to GPU2. With this, it might give a higher framerate than when it is set to Auto/GPU1.
