Yeah I remember playing a 2 player FPS shooting game that was a virtual reality game at some theme park when I was a kid.
The only memory that really stands out was the fact that I was playing it with my little brother. I figured out that there was friendly fire and promptly killed my little brother instead of killing the badguys. It was game over for him and I got to keep playing for like another 5 minutes. He was pissed.
Everything was so extremely polygon shaped that it was hard to tell what you were even really doing anyways... Gotta love those old video games where you are like "What does this red blinky thing do? Oh it's a powerup... What does this blue blinky thing do? Oh, it kills me..."
I also remember it being very hard to aim because you couldn't see the gun in your hand since you had the damn goggles on. You had to walk your fire onto the target judging based on where your last shot hit. It was a horrible game that probably cost my parents $20 for me to play...Edited by Epitope - 7/18/11 at 10:15pm
