Hey Nintendo? That was my desire to buy one of your handhelds that just died there. So sorry. Hope you're happy, Capcom.

Of course it's related to Infaune leaving. Remember the Maple-storyish Mega-Man game that was cancelled not even a week after he left? He created Mega Man, Resident Evil, Onimusha which lead to the inspiration for Devil May Cry, Misadventures of Tron Bonne, Lost Planet, Dead Rising, Lost Planet. And even had a lot of involvement in Phoenix Wright, Street Fighter, Maximo, Resident Evil and a lot of unappreciated gems from Capcom (Shadow of Rome for instance).

When you think about it Inafune WAS Capcom. All the name-worthy talent has either died, left for other companies or started their own. With all the details coming from Platinum games and Inafune, they're more like the Japanese Activision than giving these guys an outlet for creativity.

Mega Man X, the first one, was one of the better video games ever made and certainly the pinnacle of mega man. The other x games were almost as good, man I could use a new mega man game with good graphics like the bionic commando remake

Mega Man X9 with some really high quality sprites would be amazing, but I don't like how a lot of modern sidescrollers have made use of 3D models.

I don't have much faith in Capcom after this though.

Are we talking Battle Network series? Cause if so F-yeah! Want Battle Network on 3DS Capcom! Let me use the 3DS's augmented reality to fight viruses on my stove.

I loved Mega Man Legends games for the PS. Not saying it was the greatest game ever or anything, IDK what it was about it but I loved it.
