You need 6/32 screws ... the lengths will depend on your fans and spacing: http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/spsc.html

Per XSPC (and personal ), all their rads have 5mm of spacing inside the screw hole. Don't go beyond this or you'll puncture it (like me ). XSPC includes 6-32 x 30mm screws for 25mm fans. For 38mm, you'll need something like 40-43mm. You can do 45mm but use spacers/washers to reduce the length. If you can't find these lengths, 1-5/8" is ~1.625" which is close to 1.69" of 43mm. good luck

Look for #6 or #8 1 3/4" screws. I could only find #8 1 3/4" in Lowes (Home Depot did not stock 1 3/4"), look for the pan head flat tip machine screws. They also have M4 45mm metric screws, which will also work.

Be sure #8 screws will work without damaging the threading, every radiator requires different size screws.

mcmastercarr.com is your very good friend. Also, amazon.com has some as well.

It has to be #6-32 or you'll damage the threads and you'll have to tap something larger. #6-32 is a very popular size, so I'm sure there' shouldn't be any issues finding them at least at the sites I pointed. Oh, I've tried Homes and Lowes, they suck at carrying hardware for us enthusiast.
