My new investment

Just picked up a mew Lenovo W510 15.6" laptop.

-i7 820QM (Uhh... Quad core i7 FTW?)
-16gb 1333MHz DDR3 (4x4gb, maxed out)
-160gb X25-M G2 SSD (my own addition)
-1920x1080 Display (WIN at 15.6" <3 Lenovo)
-Quadro FX 880M (Eww 40nm DX10.1)
-Intel Centrino Ultimate-N 6300 WiFi Card (Is this any good?)
-FHD Multi-Touch Display Option (It was $100 more, why not?)

I've always had a thing for Lenovo laptops but until now I've owned nothing but Apple MacBook Pros for work. This is a work PC also, BTW. I know the 16gb of RAM is overkill but hey, it was only $1.4k for the laptop and this is OCN, after all.

I'm excited for it to come in the mail. Good choice?

I've heard the Centrino cards are better than the new Killer ones in Alienware laptops, but I don't really know how good they are with all the Alienhate on OCN Wish I could have gotten a Sandy i7 but they didn't have touchscreens/FHD displays.

And I think the W5x0 series also has an additional storage bay storage bay so you could add another HDD for file storage. I am torn between the T520 (1920x1080 @ 15.6") and the T420 (1600x900 @ 14.0"). I would like the Full HD screen on the T520, but it's also about $200 more. That $200 could go towards an Intel 310 Series 80GB mini-SATA SSD and I could keep the HDD for storage...

Yep. I put the stock 500gb 7.2k HDD in said bay. No optical drive now though, but it's cool I have an external from my old netbook. The T520 is worth it, the FHD screens have a better color gamut (%95) it's NEC quality.
