Currently the 120's are in a pull config as intake with gaskets on them, and my case has quite a bit of positive pressure. All fans are running on 12 volts.
If I understand you correctly, you're using your radiator on the top of your case as an intake? I'd change that first before doing anything else. Fans are very slightly more effective as pushing through a radiator, and in the case design of the HAF-X, I would make them an exhaust, since that's the natural direction for heat to travel.
I'm running my HAF-X with all fans on intake except the radiator, and I'm running my radiator with 2 panaflo medium speed and one high-speed yate-loon fan all on exhaust, up into the top where the 200mm fans exhaust further. I've been wondering whether to tape off the sides of the top of the case so the 200mm fans only draw through the radiator, but the panaflo fans may move more air than the 200mms, so I'm just going to leave it for now.
If you wanted to improve performance, I would consider, as mentioned, the GT AP-15/14 fans, or even going with a 38mm fan for very good static pressure.
