Yep, only took 5-7 years for that to happen...
(not that there was anything to "admit" to--it's just a fact that you can get a lot better results when you're coding for a discrete combination of hardware vs. a mish-mash of stuff for PC's. It was still true even back when the PS3 and Xbox 360 were release that the current PC hardware of the time had, spec-for-spec, more "grunt").
Anyhoo, to address the comment by Ubisoft, all the "grunt" under the hood of a computer doesn't mean much if you don't make proper use of it. I'm more concerned about that aspect rather than an admission that today's PC hardware has a lot more power than 5-7 year old and aging consoles...
