How many android phones cost more? You realize he's talking about on contract, how most people in North America seem to buy phones. Of the top of my head, I can only think of the Thunderbolt and the Streak that sold for more.

I'm sad it took 6 pages to ask for this. I'd love to know. It looks good.
So true. I'll put it this way, with a Jailbroken iPhone, you can pretty much do what you can do to an Android right out the box (at least I can with my Nexus S), but with Android, you can Root it to unlock a whole ton of more features, like changing roms, etc.

Basically, the iPhone is no where near the level that Android is in terms of custimizability, jailbroken or not. (I own an iPhone 4 that I jailbroke, fyi.)

I agree. Most phones are $200 w/2yr contract these days. I never understand when people say the iPhone is expensive.

That said, I've never owned an iPhone but it wasn't due to price as most phones I've ever purchased were $200.

This looks 10 times better than the iPhone 4. iPhone has always looked like a toy phone in my opinion. This concept would make me consider buying an iPhone, if Apple would let me customize more.
