Replaced PSU and now problems

Yesterday I replaced my 1000W PSU with a Corsair 750W TX V2. The V2 has 62A running to the 12V rail and I figured 750W would be more than enough to power my system. I always figured 1000W was overkill for what I had, even with OCs.

Now sometimes my system will load into Windows and make it to the desktop but once I start messing with it the system will restart. I am figuring it has to be the PSU and I will just have to bite the bullet and get the Corsair 1000W but I wanted to get the advice or any ideas you all might have.

Thanks in advance.

That your system in your sig? Single CPU, single GPU? 750W is way more than enough for that setup. I doubt it's the PSU really.
Start by reverting your overclocks to stock. Reset your CMOS to defaults, see if you're still having problems. Then set your usual overclocks again.

Yeah that is the rig minus the 1000W Kingwin obviously.

A buddy of mine here at work told me that it could be a voltage issue with my PSU and to reset my OCs as well. I guess at the same time I could make sure it wasn't my RAM. If resetting the OCs don't work I guess I can pull all sticks and replace 1 by 1 to see if maybe some of my RAM is faulty.
