I have got an OCZ Agily 3 SSD 60GB Sata 3. My mothboard is sata 2 my computer turns on in under 40 secounds is this because I'm going from Sata 3 to Sata 2?. With my read and write speeds I'm going half of what I schould be getting?.

Sata 2 is significantly than Sata 3 - typically you max out at ~ 280Mbps read, 270 write

I have benchmarket it and that is what I'm getting I take it becasue I dont have Sata 3 I want get the full performance of the SSD? Correct
