Nope, windows but there is the $100 7 premium OEM which will most likely be the way to go.

What about this Lando build and then put on a windows copy and a video card when you get around to it.

his one has windows in your build. Not going to rock your world, but what do you expect new for $500

zotac GTS 450 $80 AMIR

Phenom II x4 deneb $100 with promo and no cpu cooler required

-88 dollars puts me what? 12 over budget? Could trim a few bucks back somewhere im sure.

Ah!

Now thats a pretty darned good budget build IMHO! Buy it! AM3+ means bulldozer upgrades are easy! (remember 95w max tho)

Anyone who just suggested DIY combo deals..... they're more like ripoffs, not deals. I have seen two links to supercombos and thankfully both don't work.

I created a series of $400 builds (one AMD FM1, one AMD AM3+) a couple days ago, ima find em and copy-paste for you

EDIT: Can't find em. Ah well, I have time to kill, I'll just make a new one for you.
EDIT 2: Found it :whee: suggesting with a few modifications to parts choice
AMD Socket AM3+/Phenom II based PC: (more powerful graphics)
AMD Phenom II x4 925 + Thermaltake 92mm basic cooler - $95 shipped both
Gigaybte AM3+ 760G - $62 + shipping, $52 AR [Superbiiz]
Galaxy GTS 450 - $110, $70 AR + shipping or pickup [Microcenter] (no wait rebate!)
Avexir 2x2GB DDR3-1600 - $20 after promo shipped! [see link]
Samsung F3 1TB - $55 shipped [superbiiz]
Coolermaster Elite case + Coolermaster Elite 460W PSU (great budget PSU) - $50 + $10 shipping
Cost: you figure it out, sorry I have to go
