Fans on Mobo or Fan Controller?

So, because my job affords me much to much free thinking time, and because I plan to be building my first custom system in the next few weeks, I was thinking about how I'm going to be laying everything out in the case, and Im wondering if anyone here may be able to help me decide what would be best.

So, I may use the Corsair H100 in a push/pull configuration, and as such, I'd like to have the 4 fans necessary to do this all spin down and up at the same time and by the same amounts (via the PWM). The problem is, I feel worried about trying to hook up 4 fans via splitters to a single CPU fan header (specifically not getting enough current, or forcing an unsafe amount to be drawn).

So does anyone have any experience with this, or have any suggestions?

Also, I know there are molex->fan-header->molex connectors for daisy-chaining fans together, but i havent found if there is any cable that could do that only with a separate PWM control from the Mobo (i.e., separate PWM and molex->multiple fans) if it is even possible.

I think it could be possible with the use of one or more diodes, but I have serious doubts doing that kind of thing is recommended...

I think this was the most appropriate sub-forum, but if I missed it, I apologize.

You can use this cable Akasa Flexa PWM Splitter for fan control. Power is drawn for PSU instead of MB fan header.
