Probably not enough to fully satisfy you. I still think they'd sound better than a Logitech system (even with a sub), though.

I guess it depends on how low you expect things to go, but they are only rated down to 65hz. That is really not that low, and I find it doubtful you could get much bass response from a 2.75" driver either way. Of course, others might feel differently.

Yeah I know, the problem is the "2.1" PC setups start disappearing at around $200, and it becomes much better to pair good bookshelves with a subwoofer. You don't get as much "boom", but the quality goes up considerably. That's what makes all this so hard to recommend, hah.
