Palm Grip Gaming Mouse, $100 Budget, FPS Gaming

I've managed to get some extra money and I now have a budget or $100 for a gaming mouse. I am a palm grip user, and I will be using this for FPS gaming for the most part.

Pretty much all the recommendations I have gotten have either been the Razer DeathAdder Black Edition (I already have a regular DeathAdder but I need another gaming mouse as well) or the G500. I am very interested in both of these mice. In my other thread with a poll with only these 2 mice, the results are pretty much exactly even, so that isn't good enough. I really need to decide.

So with this budget, what would the best gaming mouse be? Other than the things above, I also would like some side buttons, and preferably 2000+ DPI. I don't know what mouse acceleration is either so if someone could explain that would be nice.

I really like the deathadder and suggest it. also its nice to be only used to one mouce. and its like 45 on amazon.

Actually I have the DA right now. It is a fantastic mouse, I just hate that my hand sweats like crazy when I use it. Also, I need to clean the gunk out of the side buttons every 2 weeks with a toothpick since it gets some messy thing inside it.

If I do get a DA again, it will be the Black Edition one which has a Matte finish.

I am just trying to decide whether to get another DA or try something else out.

either or is nice. since i've owned several g500, i like the g500 more because of the grippier cover

if you move your mouse from point A to point B then you'd expect your cursor to do the same thing each time you move the mouse between those two points; with acceleration enabled it won't because you'll vary the speed that you move the mouse between those two points and end up with inconsistent aiming

practically if you move the mouse faster from A to B and have mouse acceleration on, the movement distance on the screen will increase depending on speed.

this is a big no no for fps games since twitch aiming is based on muscle memory.

lololololol the same thing happens to me as well. I rather sweat on a $45 than a $130 mamba

Of those two mice, I would go with the deathadder. Personally I think the G500 is the absolute worst mouse i have ever used.

Opening up from those two, though, the Naos 5000 is on sale at a lot of sites right now, and you could use the remainder to pick up a decent hard pad for it. The ergonomics of the 5000 are just amazing.

there is either 3200 or 5000 dpi.

Review of the 5000 dpi version

Yea, it's a little pricier, but the mamba is the best feeling mouse I've ever used. Very customizable, perfect size weight and responsiveness.

If your budget can't be upped, it can't be upped. But I definitely feel this mouse is worth it.

The mamba and DA feel exactly the same, and the mamba is only $100 on Amazon. Besides, I heard wireless mice are horrible for gaming.
