None; I did contact someone as was recommended via PM. Wait until next Monday and then I guess I'll have to try whatever I can.

Edit: I don't think this is your card, look to the right of the capacitors in question - see the group of two rows of 4 resistors or whatever they are? In your picture they are all the same size but in XFX's picture there are many that are smaller.
Serials do match, by the way. But I do see the things that you're point out. Nevermind! I thought I was looking at the 8 in zig-zag kidna patterns, but they look like screw points/whatever. Do try to clarify when you get the chance! Or even like the four pointy things that hold the card together at the very top left. It seems like XFX had their hands on (and worked on) as they're punched in...

What DANIEL_E said was that the inspection team opened the package and saw the physical damage and was denied from then... Some BS going on.

I tried following the screw patterns on the pic, almost look the same except in the xfx pic on the bottom left, is that rust in the screw head?

=o\\ I'm sorry man. I hate that XFX unjustifibly denied your RMA, and even added to it's worthlessness by adding visual damage to the back of the pcb.

When you get it back, compare versus the pics you took before sending it. It's not that hard to swap s/n stickers.

It would have been nice to have seen an XFX response to this thread. Anyone wanna join in on mailing our concerns? Maybe email a signed petition?
