Yea, that's not cool. OP should escalate the issue. If the other one fell off, it could be indicative of a defect.

Yeah, assuming this is all legit that is very concerning. You know, there's probably a very good chance a tech did the damage assuming it was packaged correctly. Kind of like the whole EVGA bent pins fiasco.

OP's already responded to this point, but given that it's TD, it's even easier to get a shipping return label from them.

If you haven't resolved the problem yet call up XFX personally and ask to have your issue escalated and/or if you could speak to someone with authority (manager or similar). Explain, in a very carefully worded way, what happened and tell them you have visual evidence.

Almost always if you get your issue escalated the customer wins.

I already phoned a manager at XFX. I left a voicemail, and am waiting for his reply. Thanks for the tips though

I'm sorry to hear that he has not gotten back to you yet. Give him 72 hours. If he doesn't respond, let me know.

I got you. I've read accounts that indicate that he's the one who responds to BBB cases as well. Quite the authority he has at XFX! Haha

Have you filed a claim with UPS as well?
