Might as well wait and see what Bulldozer has to offer, and if disappointment strikes then get the Intel counterpart.

Off subject but you do know that you can drop the E5620 to one or two cores & use the 20x muti to get a higher CPUZ validate?

No I did not, if I disable 2 cores wont that disable HT as well?

Well you can use HT or not, shouldn't matter.
Might make it easier to get a little better BCLK with HT disabled.
