Anyone able to ID my new free case/HSF

So I got a free Zalman HSF, not 100% sure which model it is, and I need to find mounting instructions for it, because it only came with a long slightly bent bar and a short L shaped one...

I also have this free case, I dremeled a 120mm hole in the top for a future exhaust, but I'm curious what case/model it may be!

GL and thank you so much in advance

This looks like your CPU cooler.

Your case looks like a cheap Ultra.

So good cooler??? And I'm having severe troubles mounting it. I am trying to use the bracket from my AC7, and use their mounting plate, but it seems like I need to bend the center piece down far too much...

Ugh, looks like I'm completely missing the plastic mount kit for the AM3 socket. Anyone know where I could find one?
