Where's my bottleneck?

Well sorry if this is a redundant topic...but that's life ;-). Just curious, given my specs below, where my bottleneck would be. Trying to decide if 4GB more of RAM would help, or is my CPU halting me all together?

Bottleneck on what?
Some games are gpu bottlenecked and some games are cpu bottlenecked. we cannot tell you what is the exact problem. until it become more specific .
Also more ram doesn't increase speed. it only increase the capacity for the data to put into the memory.

hmm I think I'm just looking for a broad answer with little data..which sucks I know. I'm basically yearning to upgrade something on my PC and I'm trying to decide what to do. I don't wanna upgrade my CPU if my RAM will bottleneck...likewise with the GPUs etc. Mainly gaming is my priority, though the day to day stuff could be faster (which is why I'm leaning towards another 4GB's of RAM)

I'd like to buy this :http://cgi.ebay.com/OCZ-Reaper-HPC-4...#ht_500wt_1202

But I already have this:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227267

And not too sure if they're the exact same and will work...

More ram is always welcomed. but IMO 4 GB is still enough for gaming. when your 4 GB ram hit the wall. the windows will access virtual memory (paging files) to compensate the shortage of the physical ram thus your computer will become slower to respond and to operate your data & files.
But keep in mind if you didn't finish your 4 GB ram limit gaming & using programs. the other 4 GB will not be very useful. it will not increase the speeds of your applications.

So basically, I'm good where I stand lol. I mean, I run everything fine, but the last thing I bought for this rig was my second GPU over a year ago...feeling the itch again. But I guess if my current set up can get me through Skyrim on high graphics, I'll be happy :-D

Unless u use 4gb currently then more ram will do absolutly nothing for you. a nice GTX 570 would be a good upgrade, as a cpu upgrade nowadays is pointless with 775, your next cpu upgrade will need to be cpu/board/ddr3

Your system looks good as is, the only thing that would help you on a 775 is to go to a Q9550, but why when you could save up for a newer set up.
