BFBC2 Artifacting?

Thread Starter
When I play BC2 I almost always see something like this during gameplay. I have only noticed it in this game. The spots flicker on and off very rapidly. The colors vary as well. Any idea what might cause this?

if i recall correctly, this is a pretty heavy cpu based game (as well GPU) this could be a sign of a slight instable OC, or not enough power (cpuvoltage, for example)

I would think an over heating GPU or unstable GPU overclock would cause this. Large black spots are fairly common on nvidia cards using newers drives but I haven't seen this before.

That's what I was thinking. What bothers me is that I have never attempted to overclock the CPU or GPU on this system.. I think I can live with it. Video card was purchased through AMD Employee Purchase Program. It would likely be a pain to replace.

I bet any money nothings wrong with your hardware. BC2 is plagued with tonnes of graphical glitches.

Honestly, I also think its unstable OC or Heat, since when i used to game and ran fraps, those came out, hit 65c to 70c temps too on CPU.

This issue still persists. Reinstalled game and drivers. Max temps are 52C on CPU and 68C on GPU. I am just ignoring it...
