This is really frustrating

Whenever I play MW2 or Minecraft, I get a random spike of mouse acceleration. I don't know if it's my mouse, that RAT7, or a software issue, but I know I never had this issue before. It has started happening recently, and is an annoyance. This doesn't happen when I do anything else either.

Try turning off everything that is unnecessary to run the game, there should be only few processes in task manager. If that helps then try turning them off one by one to find which one is guilty .
Try different mouse.
Connect your mouse to another USB port maybe.
