Antec 300 Goodness

Thread Starter
So I decided to mod my Antec 300 becuase it was starting to look dull. I always wanted to mod it but I never got to it (cable management, paint, etc). I recently switched over to Sandy Bridge and decided to mod the case along with the upgrades.

Here are some pics, hope you guys and gals enjoy it.

Update

Decided to add a side panel window today (7-20-2011)

wow, that internal paintjob is so flat. I love it, i almost wish i had gone with a completely black case like yours, but instead i went with a black and blue theme and painted the inside of my case blue.

Thanks

I bet your 300 looks good aswell. I originally wanted to paint the interior blue aswell but blue would have taking me longer to paint. Let the blue dry then add another layer of blue and then the clear. After that wait a few days and wet sand it to get all the shine I can get. Flat black is a lot easier to shoot, it was the lazy way out but it came out good.

Glad you liked it.

I might put one of the factory 5.25 cover over it to make it stealthy.

I am currently stress testing the computer to see if 4.4 is stable @ 1.25 volts (these chips are amazing), after its done I will take some pics of the back to see the holes I did. I always leave the pci slots open on all my cases just because be graphics card likes to get hot.

lol, blue was no harder than any other color for me
Basicallt i took out all my shux, put it outside and tried as carefully as i could to not get spray paint on the outside on my case (which i failed at) one coat of spraypaint and the whole thing is a nice blue with minimal exterior blue.

You just did extra steps

Also where are you CM holes? I have 3, one for the PSU, one in front of teh 24 pin, and one up at the top. I also cut out my fan grills and when i get a hole saw ima cut out a hole for my PSU. I also have a huge side window with some home depot plexiglass.

I did one by the psu (you can still see the gray from the side panel because I forgot to paint it), one by the cpu 8 pin connection on the motherbard, and one by the dvd drive.
