All this is against ToS of Microsoft which is against OCN's ToS

Using an external hdd isnt against tos of microsoft. If it was then alot of people would be banned from live, what is against microsoft's tos is changing the original hdd or modifying one to work with the xbox through the connection at the top

No tools are being used your only formatting and partitioning a hdd and plugging it in the xbox's usb port. Ive got a 320gb external hdd and when I plug it in the rear xbox usb port it reads the full 320gb rather than 32gb if you plug it in one of the front usb ports.

In the past few years that ive owned my 360 ive never heard of using an external hdd being against microsofts tos and since I got my 360 ive been using my external hdd since
